Al giro di boa dei 6 mesi del mio piccolo ho imparato un principio fondamentale:
ottimizzare il tempo libero a disposizione.
Quindi la mattina scaletta delle priorità da sbrigare durante la giornata sapendo già che se andrò a realizzarle anche solo la metà sarà un successo.
Cucinare, quindi, è diventato soltanto un esercizio meccanico per sfamare la famiglia.
Più o meno gli stessi piatti, quelli che alla sera si possono facilmente riscaldare, si perché è possibile che la cena venga preparata il pomeriggio quando lui fa il pisolino.
Oppure tento di ottimizzare i tempi ma anche il numero delle stoviglie sui fuochi, perché vuoi mettere ricordarsi di aver acceso una sola padella anziché due o tre? Una andrà sicuramente bruciata.
E poi i dolci, le torte, le crostate quanto tempo che non impasto….domenica volevo fare una crostata di marmellata di fichi per la settimana, ma nel sacchetto della farina avevano prolificato le farfalline.
Per non parlare delle foto ai piatti da postare, solo quelli del ristorante!!
Accantonata la macchina fotografica e i vari set ( anche se onestamente non mi ci sono mai persa tanto dietro) e largo agli scatti veloci ed efficaci dello smartphone sempre più unto ma indispensabile.

Quindi questa ricetta è nata per caso , cucinata e fotografata così.
Niente di innovativo, strano o originale.
Ma semplicemente un piatto sano, buono e veloce.
Ah dimenticavo, tutto il tempo che cerco di limare di qui e di là è inversamente proporzionale alle ore di coccolamento che dedico del mio ometto tutto speciale!!
Ingredienti:
4 uova
2 carote
2 zucchine
1 cipolla
1 porro
1 peperone
8 pomodorini
spezie
Procedimento:
Inizia preparando tutte le verdure tagliate a piccoli pezzi.
Versa dell’olio d’oliva nel fondo della tajine e quando sarà ben calda aggiungi prima la cipolla e lasciala rosolare per un po’, dopo aggiungi le verdure in ordine di tempo di cottura.
Quindi io ho messo la carota, il porro, il peperone, le zucchine ed infine i pomodorini tagliati a metà.
Questo perché le verdure non vanno girate.
Aggiungo dell’acqua dove ho stemperato delle spezie, io uso di solito curry, curcuma e zenzero, ma anche lo zafferano non ci sta male.
Quando sono cotte, circa 15 minuti dal momento che copro la tajine, aggiungo le uova, salo il tutto e chiudo per altri 5 minuti.
Dopo spengo il fuoco e lascio riposare il tutto per 5/8 minuti.
