Anche voi credevate che le lucciole le portassero i soldini??
Mio nonno di ritorno dal bar con le monete vinte a briscola, la sera mi chiamava e faceva la magia.
Vai in giardino a prendere una lucciola, mi diceva, e portala in casa.
Correvo fuori e dopo salti e rincorse ritornavo da lui con la lucciola nella mano stretta, ma non troppo per non farle del male.
Mio nonno prendeva un bicchiere, mi faceva nascondere sotto il tavolo di cucina e mi ordinava di non uscire fino al suo comando.
La lucciola che gli avevo portato diceva che l’avrebbe messa semplicemente sotto il bicchiere ma quando uscivo da sotto il tavolo al posto della lucciola c’erano 100 lire.
La magia era compiuta!
Ancora oggi non riesco a ricordare se allora credessi veramente che una lucciola sotto il bicchiere potesse diventare una moneta, seppur luccicante.
Forse la fiducia e l’amore puro per mio nonno mi faceva credere a qualunque cosa lui mi dicesse, e si , forse ci credevo davvero!
La semplicità e la purezza dell’infanzia sono le monete che vorrei portarmi sempre con me.
Uova colorate
Le lucciole, il caldo, i colori, il canto delle cicale, quindi l’estate e quindi pranzi leggeri e veloci.
Le uova sode saranno protagoniste in questi mesi di molti piatti come nelle classiche insalatone di lattuga, pomodori e tonno, oppure nelle insalate di riso o farro.
O perché no, semplicemente lessate e accompagnate da verdure fresche, magari dell’orto se uno ha questa enorme fortuna.
Questa ricetta vuole essere semplicemente un’idea per proporle in una variante più allegra e colorata, per dare quel tocco in più al vostro piatto!
Ingredienti:
4 uova
2 rape rosse
2 cucchiai di aceto di mele
1/2 cucchiaio di zucchero
Procedimento:
Lessare le uova, sbucciarle, metterle in un recipiente con l’acqua dove avete fatto cuocere le rape rosse, due cucchiaini di aceto di mele e 1/2 di zucchero.
Lasciare riposare le uova per almeno 6 ore.
Tagliarle a metà e buon appetito, sono buonissime anche così, con un filo d’olio EVO.
